With the help of Santa himself, teams will embark on a jolly adventure filled with holiday-themed trivia, creative challenges, and all the favourite elements of a traditional pub crawl. Using your smartphone, you’ll navigate GPS hotspots, visit local pubs, and enjoy the holiday spirit with a drink in hand. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the season while building stronger bonds with your teammates!

Your Festive Pub Explorer journey begins with a cheerful briefing from our host, either remotely or onsite. Teams of 6-8 will then use the app on their smartphones or tablets to navigate through a series of GPS hotspots, each representing a different pub or location in your chosen area. At every hotspot, teams will unlock a festive-themed challenge or trivia task designed to test problem-solving skills, creativity, and teamwork, all while keeping the holiday spirit alive.
As your team completes each challenge, you’ll pause at local pubs to enjoy a refreshing drink and soak up the festive atmosphere. The challenges are a mix of holiday trivia, photo tasks, and creative problem-solving, ensuring variety and plenty of laughs along the way.
After 90 minutes of exploring, teams will gather for a wrap-up session (for hosted events), where we’ll share the best festive moments and crown the winning team. Whether it’s raining, snowing, or shining, our wet weather guarantee ensures that the fun continues, spreading joy and holiday cheer as you navigate the festive streets.
We can run this GPS Treasure Hunt in 3 different formats:
Option 1: Virtual Host
Your team can enjoy this thrilling espionage mission with the convenience of a fully virtual host. Using your own smartphones.
Option 2: Live Host
Your team can be guided by a live host who will be present on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly and provide that extra touch of excitement. Using your own smartphones.
Option 3: Live Host + Tablets
This option includes a live host and tablets for all participants, enhancing ease of use and creating a seamless operation.

This activity does not require a venue and can be run at venues, towns and cities across the world; and can be run in a number of ways as outlined above.
We will travel to any venue or location we are required to; please see what we require from you above.
There are several variables that dictate the cost of this activity, including the number of guests and the location; enquire with us now, and we’ll have a bespoke proposal and quote to you within a couple of hours.
We prefer Credit Card to ensure payment is made in advance of the event. You can however pay by BACS if payment terms can be met.
We have a very large team of fully trained and charismatic Event Hosts – so only rarely are we sold out.
You do not need to provide any equipment whatsoever. Just a space for the event to take place.
We’ve run this activity for 500 people at once – there is no upper limit. We would recommend that your whole group is more than 8 people.
We recommend 6-8 people per team, however there is flexibility if required.

The booking can be at whatever time or date you like – the booking will be exclusive to your group. We regularly run events for global teams so our team can nearly always accommodate you.
Bookings are based on minimum chargeable numbers, but if numbers do increase we will provide an invoice for any extras.
