Teams go head-to-head in a wide array of challenges, aiming to collect as many points as possible. Our activities are designed to suit various skills and are specifically crafted to promote key team attributes such as communication, logic, coordination, problem-solving, and time management.

Teams will communicate using clear and concise messaging between themselves to perform well in this activity.
With only a limited time for teams to complete the challenge, delegation and management of resources is key.
The Sphere Oudoors kicks off with the group arriving at the event venue, greeted by our impressive equipment and the massive inflatable Sphere, all while lively music sets the mood and builds anticipation.
Our host then greets the crowd, energizing them and explaining the rules and challenges they’ll face. After a few quick ice-breakers to get everyone comfortable, the teams (pre-selected or randomly assigned on the day) are briefed on the competition.
The challenges are spread across several zones, each with its own unique theme but offering a variety of team-building tasks. Teams will engage in each activity for 10-15 minutes, competing against another team, then rotate to a new challenge and face a different group. This setup ensures that everyone gets to interact with different participants throughout the event.
For The Sphere Outdoors, each zone is equipped with themed marquees, providing both an impressive visual impact and shelter in case of bad weather. Our indoor version includes the same team-building challenges, with each zone marked by up-lit pop-up banners to maintain the thematic feel. We offer inflatable Spheres in various sizes, some as small as 2.5 meters, making them suitable for indoor venues.
The event is led by our expert team, and the activities are designed to appeal to all age groups and abilities. Participants might get to use a nerf gun to play space pool, channel their inner warrior in a tribal challenge, tackle a tricky memory test, crack codes to open a safe, try their hand at archery, or navigate a laser maze. Over the course of a standard 3-hour event, teams will tackle a minimum of 10 different challenges.
After each activity, the winning team earns points, and the event team moves them on to the next challenge.
The inflatable Sphere provides a striking finale, where the top-scoring teams compete to be crowned champions. It’s a fun, energising, and competitive experience that promotes excellent teamwork.

There are several variables that dictate the cost of this activity, including the number of guests and the location; enquire with us now, and we’ll have a bespoke proposal and quote to you within a couple of hours.
We prefer Credit Card to ensure payment is made in advance of the event. You can however pay by BACS if payment terms can be met.
We have a very large team of fully trained and charismatic Event Hosts – so only rarely are we sold out.
You do not need to provide any equipment whatsoever. Just a space for the event to take place.
We’ve run this activity for 500 people at once – there is no upper limit. We would recommend that your whole group is more than 8 people.
We recommend 6-8 people per team, however there is flexibility if required.

The booking can be at whatever time or date you like – the booking will be exclusive to your group. We regularly run events for global teams so our team can nearly always accommodate you.
Bookings are based on minimum chargeable numbers, but if numbers do increase we will provide an invoice for any extras.
