Your Pub Explorer adventure kicks off with a 15-minute briefing from our host, delivered either remotely or onsite by one of our great hosts. Teams of 6-8 will then head out, using the app on their smartphones or our tablets to navigate their chosen location and uncover GPS hotspots. At each hotspot, teams will unlock challenges ranging from trivia questions to creative tasks, all designed to engage and entertain.
The journey takes you from pub to pub, with each stop offering an opportunity to complete a new challenge and grab a drink while you strategize your next move. You’ll need both brains and creativity to tackle the variety of tasks, which will keep everyone on their toes and laughing along the way.
After 90 minutes of exploring and completing challenges, teams return to wrap up the event. For hosted experiences, our event host will lead a results session where the best moments are shared, and the winning team is crowned. No matter the weather, our wet weather guarantee ensures the fun continues, rain or shine! The team that successfully completes the most challenges and scores the highest will be declared the Pub Explorer champions.
We can run this GPS Treasure Hunt in 3 different formats:
Option 1: Virtual Host
Your team can enjoy this thrilling espionage mission with the convenience of a fully virtual host. Using your own smartphones.
Option 2: Live Host
Your team can be guided by a live host who will be present on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly and provide that extra touch of excitement. Using your own smartphones.
Option 3: Live Host + Tablets
This option includes a live host and tablets for all participants, enhancing ease of use and creating a seamless operation.

This activity does not require a venue and can be run at venues, towns and cities across the world; and can be run in a number of ways as outlined above.
We will travel to any venue or location we are required to; please see what we require from you above.
There are several variables that dictate the cost of this activity, including the number of guests and the location; enquire with us now, and we’ll have a bespoke proposal and quote to you within a couple of hours.
We prefer Credit Card to ensure payment is made in advance of the event. You can however pay by BACS if payment terms can be met.
We have a very large team of fully trained and charismatic Event Hosts – so only rarely are we sold out.
You do not need to provide any equipment whatsoever. Just a space for the event to take place.
We’ve run this activity for 500 people at once – there is no upper limit. We would recommend that your whole group is more than 8 people.
We recommend 6-8 people per team, however there is flexibility if required.

The booking can be at whatever time or date you like – the booking will be exclusive to your group. We regularly run events for global teams so our team can nearly always accommodate you.
Bookings are based on minimum chargeable numbers, but if numbers do increase we will provide an invoice for any extras.
