How Does Garden Games Team Building Activity Work?

The activity starts with an introduction from your compere , the group is then warmed up with a number of energisers. The whole group is split into smaller teams of 6-8 participants, it’s then a head to head as teams face each other on different activities in the bid to win as many points as possible.

What to Expect in the Garden Games Team Building Activity?

Table Football:

Players turn rods fixed on top of a playing box and attached to miniature figures of players, in order to flick the ball and strike it toward the goal.

Table Tennis:

An indoor game based on tennis, played with small bats and a ball bounced on a table divided by a net.

Darts:

An indoor game in which small pointed missiles with feather or plastic flights are thrown at a circular target marked with numbers in order to score points. 

Beer Pong:

A drinking game in which players attempt to throw or hit table tennis balls into cups of drink, and their opponents are required to drink the contents of any cup in which a ball lands.

Giant Jenga:

Giant Jenga is a game of physical skill, where players take turns removing one block at a time from a tower constructed of usually 54 blocks.

Connect Four:

Connect Four is a connection game in which the players first choose a colour and then take turns dropping one coloured disc from the top into a seven-column, six-row vertically suspended grid.

Giant snakes and ladders:

A game in which players move counters along a board, gaining an advantage by moving up pictures of ladders or a disadvantage by moving down pictures of snakes.

Crazy Golf:

An informal version of golf played on a small putting course, each hole of which involves negotiating an obstacle such as a small-scale tunnel, bridge, hill, etc.

Giant KerPlunk:

Test your skills and your nerves with the KerPlunk game! Is your hand steady enough to pull out the sticks without dislodging the marbles? If it isn’t, they’ll come rolling down the chute! Finish with the fewest marbles for the win! 

Table Bowling: 

Table Bowling is a sport or leisure activity in which a player rolls or throws a bowling ball towards a target on a table. 

Croquet:

A traditional lawn game where patience and precision is key. Players go head to head to hit their coloured balls through the hoops, with the winner hitting the end stake first. 

Bowls:
In order to score points, opponents must take it in turns to throw their bowls as close to the jack as possible.

Venue Requirements

An outdoor space, provided empty, large enough to provide each team with a large lawn area of flat floor space. Ideally 3mx3m per activity.

We will travel to any venue or location we are required to; please see what we require from you above.

There are several variables that dictate the cost of this activity, including the number of guests and the location; enquire with us now, and we’ll have a bespoke proposal and quote to you within a couple of hours.

We prefer Credit Card to ensure payment is made in advance of the event. You can however pay by BACS if payment terms can be met.

We have a very large team of fully trained and charismatic Event Hosts – so only rarely are we sold out.

You do not need to provide any equipment whatsoever. Just a space for the event to take place.

We’ve run this activity for 500 people at once – there is no upper limit. We would recommend that your whole group is more than 8 people.

We recommend 6-8 people per team, however there is flexibility if required.

The booking can be at whatever time or date you like – the booking will be exclusive to your group. We regularly run events for global teams so our team can nearly always accommodate you.

Bookings are based on minimum chargeable numbers, but if numbers do increase we will provide an invoice for any extras.
