Level Up – Scavenger Hunt Team Building Activity

Made up of 10 interactive levels, this frenetic activity is packed with questions, challenges and loads of fun! But here’s the catch, each passing level becomes more and more complex and the higher the level, the higher the points! Does your team have what it takes to Level Up? The aim of the game is simple … Score as many points as possible before you run out of time! Level Up is the ideal activity for Venues away from the typical City centres (it can literally be run at ANY venue); it has all of the fun and variety of a GPS Treasure Hunt, but rather than being reliant on GPS Hotspots it is focused around finding Scavenger Items, capturing hilarious Video and Photo content and getting out into the Outdoors.

How Does Level Up Team Building Activity Work?

Your adventure kicks off with an introduction from one of our expert event hosts, either through a Video Conference or live on the day. The host will outline the objectives, explain the app, and provide top tips on how to succeed. Teams of 6-8 will then use their own smartphones or tablets to explore the location via GPS, finding and activating hotspots on the app’s interactive map.

At each hotspot, teams will face a range of trivia, challenges, and tasks designed to test creativity and teamwork. After completing each challenge, bonus scavenger items can be unlocked for additional points. Throughout the activity, a live scoreboard keeps track of everyone’s progress, and a photo wall displays creative moments captured by the teams.

The event wraps up with a fun presentation of the best photos and videos, along with a final leaderboard reveal to crown the winning team. It’s the perfect mix of adventure, laughter, and friendly competition!

We can run this unique Scavenger Hunt in 3 different formats:

Option 1: Virtual Host
Your team can enjoy this thrilling espionage mission with the convenience of a fully virtual host. Using your own smartphones.

Option 2: Live Host
Your team can be guided by a live host who will be present on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly and provide that extra touch of excitement. Using your own smartphones.

Option 3: Live Host + Tablets
This option includes a live host and tablets for all participants, enhancing ease of use and creating a seamless operation.

What We Provide for Your Level Up Team Building Event

  • Pre-event support and joining instructions you can share amongst your team
  • Access to the free app on IOS or Android and your own unique game code (provided by the Live Event Host at the start of the session).
  • We provide a Zoom video platform (it offers some unique functionalities),we can run it on your preferred platform. Simply provide us a meeting link, and assign host privileges
  • A live host who introduces the activity but is available for the duration. For every additional 50 ppl we provide an additional tech support
  • Any photos or videos taking during the event will be sent to you post event.

What we need from you

  • This activity does not require a venue and can be run at venues, towns and cities across the world; and can be run in a number of ways as outlined above.

FAQs

We are a mobile service. So we can deliver our activities almost anywhere from major cities to small towns. Ask our team if we can run it at your venue.

We have 3 different levels to our Level Up Scavenger Hunt. 

  • With a Virtual Host – You need a large screen and a laptop so we can join you via a video link. You’ll also need a smartphone per team to run the game on.
  • Live Host – Each team will need a smartphone. A large screen for the briefing and finale would be great.
  • Live Host with tablets – Nothing. We provide all the equipment needed. A large screen for the briefing and finale would be great.

 

There are several variables that dictate the cost of this activity, such as the number of guests ; enquire with us now, and we’ll have a bespoke proposal and quote to you within a couple of hours.

We prefer Credit Card to ensure payment is made in advance of the event. You can however pay by BACS if payment terms can be met.

We’ve run this activity for 500 people at once – there is no upper limit. We would recommend that your whole group is more than 8 people.

Bookings are based on minimum chargeable numbers, but if numbers do increase we will provide an invoice for any extras.
